You may return your Venussora product within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The product has not been damaged or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used software, digital downloads, or personalized items.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product in its original packaging and with all accessories included. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product (excluding any shipping fees or taxes).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take several additional days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@venussora.xyz or (660) 679-4258. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order details.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. International returns must also follow the same procedure outlined above.
